Updal Group continues to invest in connected technology

Updal Group, the Swedish technology group behind Updal Solutions, Updal Engineering and Updal Green Energy, today highlights its continued commitment to investing in connected technology. Through its investment arm Updal Engineering, the group invests in technology companies across Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Updal Engineering works closely with the management teams of its portfolio companies, providing both investment and practical support to help companies grow, strengthen their business, and create long-term value for customers, employees and shareholders. The approach is hands-on and long-term: patient capital combined with real engineering and operating experience from the wider Updal Group.

The current portfolio includes Nida Tech Sweden AB, ZapIQ Limited and Cosie Homes Limited — companies in which Updal Engineering holds partly owned positions and contributes active support.

The investment work is closely connected to the rest of the group. Updal Solutions designs, engineers and distributes IoT products across Europe — from first sketch and PCB to firmware, certification and production ramp — with its own S-2Connect product line built for demanding industrial and connected-device deployments. Updal Green Energy accelerates the transition to sustainable transport and energy infrastructure, helping customers deploy and operate reliable EV charging infrastructure across Scandinavia.
